IMPORTANT PRICE INFORMATION:
1. Prices shown are INTRODUCTORY Prices and are subject to change at any time. Changes will be published on this page, and within 24 hours of publishing will be reflected in Invoice prices.
2. All Prices are shown in USD (US Dollars).
3. Fixed Surcharge amounts are added to the Base Price for the selected operation (job) when Enhanced or Premium Resources are used.
4. Create Single Model jobs will incur a variable Hourly Surcharge, in addition to the Base Price and the Fixed Surcharge (if applicable), when the estimated time for a Create Single Model job exceeds 2 hours. The amount of the Hourly Surcharge will be included in the Invoice that is displayed for you to accept before the job is started. If you agree to pay the Invoice, you will not be charged more than the price displayed, even if the job exceeds the estimated time. Hourly Surcharges range from 0.50 USD to 1.25 USD per hour, depending on the estimated time and the Resource Class.
5. Enhanced Data Preparation jobs will incur a variable Hourly Surcharge, in addition to the Base Price and the Fixed Surcharge (if applicable), when the estimated time for an Enhanced Data Preparation job exceeds 4 hours. The amount of the Hourly Surcharge will be included in the Invoice that is displayed for you to accept before the job is started. If you agree to pay the Invoice, you will not be charged more than the price displayed, even if the job exceeds the estimated time. Hourly Surcharges range from 0.50 USD to 1.25 USD per hour, depending on the estimated time and the Resource Class.
6. Model Ensemble Optimization jobs will incur a variable Hourly Surcharge, in addition to the Base Price and the Fixed Surcharge (if applicable) when the estimated time for a Model Ensemble Optimization job exceeds 6 hours. The amount of the Hourly Surcharge will be included in the Invoice that is displayed for you to accept before the job is started. If you agree to pay the Invoice, you will not be charged more than the price displayed, even if the job exceeds the estimated time. Hourly Surcharges range from 0.50 USD to 1.25 USD per hour, depending on the estimated time and the Resource Class.
7. Run Models pricing permits running models using a file (that is, “scoring” a file) which has up to 10,000,000 (10 million) records. However, if you intend to run more than 1,000,000 (1 million) records please contact help@neuralstudio.ai to ensure that “sanity check” file restrictions on your account are relaxed so that the file can be uploaded.
